  Nice spa, but extremely busy. Sometimes so busy that appointments overlap and run late. No room to relax in lounge and over crowding in change rooms.

  Lovely atmosphere and service. I always leave happy with my treatment and overall experience. However, the attention to detail that once made this place extra special is no longer there.

  Wonderful, clean, warm fluffy robe that easily fits me, a big girl. Very very good massage. Nothing bad at all.

  Today was the third time our appointment got cancelled due to an RMT calling in sick last minute. Since we have young children we have to find child care in advance and it’s very disappointing this keeps happening as we book our appointment months in advance. Will need to find a new reliable spa.
