    Horrible experience dealing with warranty issues. After purchasing a 2 year term warranty, I repurchased the lifetime warranty for my ring. Now they tell me that ill have to buy an additional warranty because they have new owners and they won't honor the original paperwork. I wish ben moss just went out of business and never came back from the dead. Horrible experience. Ill tell all my family and friends not to buy anything from ben moss.

    We were receiving emails from Ben moss to remind us every 6 months and we used to go to Metrotown to service the rings as it was closer to where we lived. We received fantastic service there. We recently moved to Langley and got the 6 month email. We took the ring into Ben Moss at Willowbrook and were extremely disappointed with the managers attitude. We told her we were there for the 6 month checkup and she asked for the piece of paper that had our insurance information on it. We told her that we were in the computer system and have never needed to bring that paper in. She very rudely cut us off mid sentence and said metrotown is doing it wrong and it's only diamonds that should be put in the system. She would not look our name up and just told us we won't be in the system. She agreed to inspect the ring for us but refused to record that we took the ring in. We didn't want the insurance to be void, so we called head office when we got home. My husband spoke with someone who kindly explained Ben Moss's rules. She said we shouldn't have been put in the computer but she will get the manager of Willowbrook to record it on a piece of paper and take us out of the system. We will no longer receive the email reminders either. We think it's ridiculous in this day and age that a company will not work off of a computer system to record client information. It wasn't a cheap ring either. We went back to the store a few days later. The manager gave us the record of inspection without so much as an apology. She was very cold and rude. Very bad customer service skills. I wish we hadn't bought the ring there in the first place. My engagement and wedding rings were purchased at Spence Diamonds and we have had FANTASTIC service at both locations.

    My husband got my engagement ring here. After buying several other pieces here. Awesome personable service from a fantastic staff! We will always go back.

    Terrible customer service, purchased a gold/diamond necklace several months ago. My wife broke it( accidents happen)They rudely said they offer no repairs and told us to go to Peoples Jewels next time.

    We purchased my husbands wedding ring two years ago at Richmond Ctr. We also purchased the insurance to go along with it. To keep the insurance active, we need to bring the ring in every 6 months to be inspected. This was not told to us when discussing the insurance policy with the sales person. After we bought the ring and insurance policy, I had asked if the 6 month inspections were mandatory, that's when they said the insurance would be void if we didn't follow this protocol. This was unusual to me since we paid for the insurance, we felt anything should be covered without needing to bring the ring in for inspection. However, rules are rules so we obliged.

    Was walking by and my two year old daughter was tired and grumpy and they had some balloons on sticks that looked like they were for kids so I asked for one she was saying please and being very good and they said no they are for the display. Well she was very disappointed so I waited a minute to see if they would give in but nothing. Anyways we went to Pandora to get a gift for my mother.
