  I will not recommend Rona Langley to anyone. I have had a bad experience, with them. They do not communicate properly with there installer. When I bought the product they couldn't find my purchase for the installer and told him that they didn't have it in stock. When I purchased it, they had 2 in stock and had told me they would put it aside. Then they told me that they would call me to get it installed that didn't happen until 2 weeks. Finally today after 4 week of purchase it got installed. The part that got me mad, is that all they wanted from me was to charge me for the Installation right away. I have to say that Roger the Installer is the best, Rona needs to learn from his customer Service.

  CLOSED FOR INVENTORY !!! 3 weeks before Christmas.. sign says open till 10:00.. was closed before 6 pm .. piece of paper on the door.. said closed.. hilarious. Can't imagine this Rona will be open much longer... Watch for going out of business sale soon.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful! Good deals on some summer clearance! Some prices were higher than home Depot

  ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you want a no-nonsense, no sales-pitch experience in shopping for major appliances, talk to Jeff. He gave us the pros and cons of a variety of models and brands, and sold us models that met our needs, at a reasonable price. Andrew completed the details and walked us through what we needed to know, making sure we had all of our questions answered. Thanks guys!

  UPDATE: As it turns out, the fridge we ordered came with a door that opened the wrong way, and wasn't adjustable. It took over a month to get it sorted out, and eventually, we ended up having to get a fridge elsewhere. Staff were still very pleasant to deal with, but the experience was a hassle for my elderly in-laws. I'd still recommend the store, but watch the fine details!
