  Last May, my gf paid for a full year membership (up front, not monthly payments). The membership just expired and she wanted to re-new, but they said she had to pay all of the new member fees (totalling $40). That didn't make sense, considering she wasn't a new member. They said, had she paid monthly rather than paying the full year up front, they could have waived the fees. My gf wasn't told about this when she first signed up, or else she would have done monthly payments. Considering all of this, she asked if they would waive the fees and they refused. She then contacted head office, explained the story, and asked if they could waive the fees. They also refused. This is not how you run a business. Needless to say, she (and I) will never be giving them our business again and we will be telling our friends not to go there either.

  Super busy all the time, not enough space in the weights/machines section. People menopolize that section so it’s almost impossible to do anything but cardio. Change rooms are small, no showers. This may be the cheap option but you will realize after two to three visits it’s not worth the money to just be able to do cardio.

  Staffs dont smile at you. They dont provide the right answers to your questions. The manager says only she has the right information but doesnt train staff to provide the right information to their cilents.

  The Langley facility is very clean and there are plenty of machines. The gym is open 24/7 but only staffed mornings and afternoons. The price is also the best I have found in Langley. I give the gym facility a 4 because I would have liked there to be water fountains and I give the staff a 1 because they are not pleasant to talk to. They see like they are constantly too busy for you despite them not actually being busy. Naturally they facility is more important than the staff so that is why I give three stars.
