  I hope I could check here before I purchased. I am losing patience to wait my sofa for 2 months, maybe it is ordinary delivery speed to The Brick, anyhow I am sure their supply chain and CRM systems has big problems.

  I JUST left this store, and it was by the far the worst experience ever. These people do not know what 'customer service' means. I came here straight from work in my work clothes because I have no other time and I didn't want to miss this sale. Well, the moment I walked in, I got rude looks and NOT ONE person came up to me in the store asking if I needed help. They're all standing talking together caring less about actually doing their job. Last time I checked, CUSTOMER'S COME FIRST!! No?!

  As clients, I was told just to wait. We had birthday party and thanksgiving family gathering without sofa! How brick make your customer first slogan in this way!!!

  As I was leaving I stood near them looking around hoping one of them would come up to me, but then two ladies walked in and BAM, one of them walks up to them! Are you kidding me?!?!?!

  Had a lot of issues with the service in regards to warranties trying to get them to honour there products was like pulling teeth but the people are helpful and pretty knowledgeable when it comes to selling you products tho... go figure
