  We've had great experiences shopping at La-Z-Boy over the years. We bought two recliners almost twenty-five years ago that have lasted well, despite being heavily used by active children. We also bought a reclining couch a few years ago, which is very comfortable. The sales staff are always helpful; they're on hand to answer questions but they also give you space to try out the furniture without hovering or pressuring you. This past weekend, our salesman Ivan helped us find the perfect chair for my husband, and we were very impressed by him. He was not only very knowledgeable but was helpful, courteous, and friendly. The store has high quality salespeople to match their quality products.

  We have found that the old axiom "You get what you pay for" is certainly in play at Lazy Boy. We make sure to tell everyone who comments on our furniture to go to Lazy Boy and see the quality for themselves and experience the great service.

  We were very pleased with our furniture shopping experience at La-Z-Boy in Langley. The selection on the floor was generous, and we were able to find some products to match our needs. I was particularly pleased with the ability to do a computer scale with our home's measurements and placement and sizing of the furniture. This was very valuable and saved us money. The selection of fabrics is extensive and we found what we were looking for. Our sales consultant was informative but not pushy in any way. I would shop here again.

  My experience with buying a lazy boy rocker recliner for my very own was a great on! The day after Boxing Day my husband took me to the store in Langley BC. We were greeted by a sales clerk named Pamella. She was great and full of knowledge about the different chairs they sold. We did not find her pushy or in our face sales personal. After trying many chairs I picked one just my size and Pamella helped wrap up the sale for us. I now have my chair at home and love it.

  We have been chair shopping for a couple of years and haven’t had any luck. We met Leanne at the Langley store and told her what our needs were and she spent a couple of hours with us only showing us chairs that would fit our needs. She was patient with us and ultimately found the perfect chair, which ended up being quite different from what we thought we were looking for. Leanne was also very helpful as she used a computer to show us what the chair would look like in a variety of different fabrics. All in all, a great experience.

  Recently we bought a kitchen table and chairs only to find that the chair leg colour did not match our existing chairs. There was absolutely no question or problem in returning them for the correct colour.
