  We went to the Ashley’s store in Langley on October 26. The sales representative Alena was very approachable and helpful. We had several furniture items in mind prior to visiting the store, but didn’t decide the specific ones. Alena was very patient going through various features of their products and helping us figuring out the specifics and quotes for each. She also requested the furniture to be delivered at the specific time we requested. The entire shopping experience was very enjoyable and pleasant, and we didn’t feel any pressure. My family will definitely visit this store again in the future to buy more furniture from them.

  Great experience with Ashley’s in Langley. Alena was our sales rep. She was not pushy and she went out of her way to service us rather than sell us. She was also knowledgeable about the company and what the delivery people and front end staff were working on and that was service. I appreciated hearing that from her. Go see Alena!

  Terrible experience... sales associates are helpful and friendly until they get your sale... my daughter is still waiting for her furniture.. the date on the invoice is Dec. 17th.. Kim called while the mgr. Scott was present to confirm the furniture would be received at the warehouse at this date... but now he is being dishonest and says the customer knew the furniture wouldn't come until January.. the dresser came damaged.. the customer was told via phone that the rest of her furniture had arrived.. this was a lie.. the mattress has still not arrived.. the worst part isn't the stress of not having furniture in the house.. with guest coming and no where for them to sleep.. it's the lack of integrity and dis- honestly involved.. with 7300 dollars of furniture purchased.. this is not the service that was expected.. or offered...

  I was happy to find a big blowout sale at Ashley last week. Beautiful furniture and unbelievable prices! One of the sales person, Kim, was so helpful and efficient! I told her "you made my day

  Sales Rep Mehdi was informative without being pushy. He gave us our space which made our shopping experience very enjoyable. We are happy with the dining table set we bought.
