  Shop: the store looked clean and well organized. The layout was easy to follow too. The only problem I have is as a short person it is hard to get the items at the top shelf and the way some items are stacked. For example the keyboard boxes they just hang them on 2 wires which results in them falling over very often.

  ORDERED ONLINE FOR IN STORE PICK UP IN DECEMBER 2016. EMAIL INDICATED ITEM ARRIVED, DROVE DOWN TO MALL BUT NOT ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND WHEN I SHOWED UP. THEN THEY COULDN'T SOURCE ANOTHER ONE; HAD TO PURCHASE FROM NCIX. THEN AFTER CHRISTMAS WHEN IT'S TOO LATE THE BRENTWOOD STORE CALLED TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS READY!?! FRUSTRATING. I MISS RADIOSHACK

  Came in with somewhat of a difficult request to handle, in regards to a product. Staff and Manager were more than willing to help, providing excellent customer service. As long as you are reasonable within your request, you can expect a good experience.

  I placed an order online, and selected Willowbrook in Langley as my pick up location. A few days later I receive an email saying my order is ready for pick up. I immediately went to pick it up, turns out the store was under construction and closed. I called customer service and they did not sound like they knew what to do either. They asked me to call back the next day. So I called back 24 hours later, they took down my name + number, and said a manager will contact me to arrange a pick up. 7 days later, I am still waiting for someone to contact me. They should have shipped it straight to me if they knew their store was going to be closed or at least ask if I would like to pick it up from another location.

  Ok- so I literally get indigestion when I think of this place. Nice people, but do not, I mean NEVER, get your cell phone set up here. Go somewhere else- perhaps anywhere else. I get paid $50 an hour- so I figure the Source owes me about $500+ dollars for the amount of time and headache they and Virgin mobile have given our family. Sorry guys- its not your faults- entirely. You need lazy boy chairs for customers, as well as a free drink station and movies so we can wait for you to complete our transactions. New business model is highly recommended.

  Experience: I was one of the people that dropped the keyboard and they all looked at me. Which was ackward. The items I wanted were there and the staff that helped me out was very insightful. He knew what he was talking about and enjoyed it.
