  I'm a huge fan of the Cannondale Super Evo Six (disc brakes / Di2 / Hollogram Wheels) that Kevin fitted me into. I was blown away by the level of service after I had a freak wheel failure. Kevin loaned me a $2K wheelset until Cannondale sent me an exact replacement for my rear wheel.

  I've bought a lot of bikes in my life but I've never enjoyed service as good as what Kevin's delivering out BSP Langley.

  I went to in looking for a jumbo frame for myself as I'm almost 7 feet tall, she was able to find me a bike that fits and was comfortable, the price was right, just the right amount of upsell got me into hydrolic disk brakes which I now agree 100 times over was the right place to spend a little more. With buy here again for sure

  Terrible. The staff weren’t helpful at all, way too busy talking to other members of staff. I was in there for about 20 minutes, nobody asked if we needed help or anything. Don’t waste your time or your money here! The Giant store nearby is so much better! The staff are knowledgeable as well as friendly, unlike the bicycle sports pacific staff. Don’t shop here!

  Bsp is a great bike shop. They are very helpful in any and all circumstances. If you need or want something that they don't have... they 'll order it in for you. I've purchased more than 8 bikes at bsp from full suspension to cyclocross to road bikes and even a few children's bikes. Any matience that was ever needed or wanted were dealt with fast and efficiently . Very nice and knowledgeable staff and always happy to help . If your thinking about buying a bike... make sure to at least have a look at bsp first. You 'll be happy you did.

  After having multiple spoke issues with the new bike, the service team was able to get the whole wheel replaced under warranty, in a matter of days, no hassle and were genuinely happy to help sort it out for me. Thanks again bsp

  I've been a competitive triathlete for 16 years and I couldn't more highly recommend a bike shop than BSP Langley. The Guru bike fitting was amazing. Kevin and team spend a couple of hours honing my bike fit and I'm thrilled with my new set-up.
