  I went to deposit a cheque for an employee and they would not let me do a deposit. Not sure if this is regular for banks, but i was depositing a pay cheque as he was working out of town. I didn't have a problem with any other staff pay cheques in their bank accounts.......confused i thought banks like deposits.

  If you like being refused digital access to your checking account, this is the place for you! Tellers couldn't figure out how to increase my e-transffer amount in order to pay tuition. I was there in person, with photo Id, trying to transfer out founds from my checking account (not a loan, my hard-earned money), to an academic institutions. ...I had to return a second day for a bank draft, and ended up giving up half a days worth of pay, for time off to do so.

  Horribly understaffed, and the stoff is undertrained. Atm is sometimes out of order. Expect 20 - 30 minute for anything

  I have gone in to make credit card payments. I enjoy that it’s quick and simple with no attempts to sell me extra services.

  7 cashes 1 employee Friday end of business day. 10 people in line 15m no movement. How do you have the tallest building downtown and can't afford staff. Worst customer service.
