Got my beloved cat spayed here. They were amazing barely a mark on her. Best price I could find as well.

Recently though, I brought in my new Oriental cat who they diagnosed with stomach cancer with no options for treatment. I wanted to stop the suffering as he was in so much pain and discomfort. Heartbreaking. The vet made me go home with syringes of something that didn’t work. The vet told me, “Well if it was my pet I would want to try”. I was not allowed to choose the option of euthanasia.

I took my poor little guy to another vet and he was re-examined. Turns out he had lung cancer - apparently the vet at Langley read the xray backwards. My poor kitty was in so much pain and could barely breathe by the end.

This is absolutely one of the best exotic vets I have been to. I have a bunny, and they have at least 2 doctors who specialize in bunnies (it's hard to find GOOD bunny vets, let me tell you). I go there for his nail trims, and for when he goes into stasis. The vets & assistants have always treated me and my bunny with the utmost of professionalism and care. They even looked after him during the day while I went to work (when he was in stasis) so that if he was to get worse they'd be there for him. They gave me medication and showed me exactly how to use it.. and what signs i should see (for improvement or detriment). They're open later than most which is great..and if they can't accommodate you (by the specialist being there) they will give you suggestions (and even call for you) on vets that are open later with specialists on. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet for all animals, especially bunnies!

This is an excellent clinic with friendly, caring staff who made sure I understood everything that was happening to my dog. I love in Vancouver but went to Langley to have my dog spayed because, to be honest, their fee was less than half of what I would have had to pay closer to home and I'm on a fixed income. I'd heard the Langley clinic was top-notch and so, feeling a bit sheepish for making such an important choice because of the cost, I made an appointment and drove in early in the morning. The building is beautiful and roomy enough that pets don't have to be crowded together in the waiting room, which is very important for some dogs and cats. Dr. Laura examined my dog thoroughly and was very kind and gentle when my dog was nervous. The clinic called me to give a progress report and set up the discharge appointment. I was very pleased with the complete set of printed instructions they provided about my dog's post-op needs, pain meds and comfort. I felt well-designed and confident that my dog had received the best care possible. If I lived closer to Langley I would use this clinic for all my dog's care, regardless of the cost. That's how good I feel about my experience.

I used to come here all the time with my last kitty and the service was great.

Needless to say, I am so sad that I wasn’t able to make my own decision in regards to my own pet.

Horrible! Hartless and will NEVER bring my animals to see Dr. Hannah ever! Tied my sick friends dog with a chain and refused to hand her back over to him, when he finally got her back, he had to rush her to an other hospital! Treated him disgracefully. Would not recommend this place to anyone with any kind of animal
