  The team here was so great and caring when we rushed our nearly 5 year old male cat in late at night. He was in a pretty bad way due to a bladder blockage. They took really good care of our Cthulhu and answered all our questions (and happily answered my phone calls for updates through out his stay!). My fiance even got to go visit our boy for a little bit while he was being kept at the clinic for treatment.

  The staff here are wonderful. We have had to take two different cats to emergency here and both times they were wonderful with our animals. Unfortunately we had to put one of the cats to sleep, but they were all very caring and gave us all the time we needed with her to say goodbye. In regards to the pricing, I don't think that it's that bad considering they are an emergency clinic open 24/7. I've had higher bills when taking my cats to the regular clinic.

  Also for anyone who hasn't checked out their options yet. Vet care (especially good emergency care!) can get expensive fast and this experience really opened our eyes to the importance of pet insurance. So look into that ahead of time if you can.

  It's never easy to see our pets in pain. I just brought my eight-year-old male dog back from this facility. During my short time there, I noticed that the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, empathetic and caring. Doctor "Cherri Beltran" and her staff treated my boy with great care, and in a surprisingly short amount of time. My boy's happiness — which had vanished due to his paw injury — has finally returned. He is now sound asleep in my room. I definitely recommend this hospital.

  I recently had to bring my dog here for the first time. It was over The Holidays, and our regular vet was closed for a few days, along with many other local vets. My dog was having eye problems so I phoned the emergency clinic ahead of time to see if I should bring her in or wait it out, they suggested I come in. She was diagnosed with a cornea ulcer and given various types of medicated eye drops and pain killers. Overall, the wait wasn't that long and all the staff were incredibly nice, empathetic and respectful. They truly care for your pet. I am SO relieved I ended up bringing my dog here and wouldn't hesitate to bring her back.
