  I was referred to them years ago by a friend years ago, every travel experience since, has been exceptional. Carol & Rob treat you like family and now our travel arrangements almost feel more social than business but they are very professional and never miss a detail.

  Where to start! I've dealt primarily with Rob so far and can happily attest that he is the quintessential travel professional. Not only are the packages well priced but Rob is full of great suggestions and advice, and covers every detail of the trip. We could not be happier with the service and highly recommend!!

  I have used Travel Professionals Langley for more than ten years and have had the utmost in professional and timely service from both Rob and Carol. Now I am not normally into writing long gushing reviews, but after reading the horrible juvenile scathing review from both halves of an apparently very vile young couple I had to step forward and put down some words like I have seen another client of theirs did for them on Facebook. There are two sides to every story and somewhere in the middle is usually the truth. I have not discussed the agency side of what happened with this vengeful young couple that seem to be bent on smearing this business' well earned reputation with two very poorly written, completely negative essays.

  My boyfriend and I had read all of the awesome reviews online about this travel agency so we thought who better to help us plan our trip to Scotland! We stopped by with our entire itinerary laid out in October and gave it to Rob who was enthusiast about helping us with our trip. He went on about how he would be the best person to help us due to his knowledge and supplier buying power and that right now was the best time to buy because the prices would go up closer to the new year. We felt confident we had found the right person to help us for our first trip to another continent....oh boy were we wrong. When leaving Rob promised he would get back to us by the end of the week with pricing. After a week with no word, we contacted him and were informed he needed a little bit more time and he would get back to us at the end of that week. Again, after a week and a half of no word we contacted him. He said he was waiting on one more supplier and he would get back to us. So again after about another week of no word we sent him an email. This time he responded to let us know he was on a retreat in Cuba. I told him we needed to book urgently and he said he would have everything for us when we got back. Not once did he apologize for his clearly poor customer service or complete inability to provide us with any actual information. At that point we realized how completely useless he was and went to several other travel agencies to book our trip. We found an amazing lady at flight center who within two days had our entire trip laid out with some truly amazing recommendations and for less money than we expected. We never told rob though that we had gone somewhere else as we were curious to see what he would come back with after he had gone on and on about what an amazing deal he would be able to get us. The last time we spot was around the end of November. It is now December 26th and we never heard a word back. If you're looking to book a trip, I urge you, DO NOT USE THIS ANGECY! Either they only care of helping a certain demographic of people or all of these reviews are fake. Go to flight centers website and find an agent that had experience in the area you're looking to travel to. They actually live up to their word, unlike the incompetent liars at this company.

  I won't dwell on what they had to say but more on what I know to be true, TPI Langley has won several awards for their service , has run major philanthropic campaigns and provided me with nothing but top notch service finding me amazing savings I couldn't find on my own and helped me out of tricky situations in destination more times than I can say.
