  My father-in-law has bought many fish from them for his freshwater tank, and all of them are still around. They were in good health when he bought them, and are still in good health now.

  I came in looking for boots for my dog I walked out with boots and a rain jacket both were good prices and had a good selection. Kim I believe she was a manager was absolutely terrific and extremely knowledgeable on helping us. And was Pleasant and fun to talk to.

  Although that was a one-time experience, I'd recommend asking elsewhere when needing advice for reptiles, whether it is about their health, or their feeding habits. At the very least, get a second opinion.

  I've bought two reptiles from these guys (scandalous, I know. The ball python I bought was pricey for a normal morph, but I fell in love anyways.) I checked them prior to purchasing and found them to be in good health. The woman that assisted me with my ball python purchase was very knowledgeable. My ball python is still in great health and has been an amazing feeder.

  I'm sure the staff meant well and are nice people but one thing I simply don't do is give my money to a business that doesn't treat me well.

  Took my brown male standard poodle for grooming today and I not at all happy. I got there early and watch the groomer be very rough with my dog. We got back to the hotel and noticed blood all over my back seat cover, I check and his front nail had been cut to short, really really short and was still bleeding. I know it can happen but the groomer should inform the owner. I do not recommend this place for grooming

  However, a long time ago I asked about different diets for my store-bought leopard gecko and was recommended by an employee to put him on a diet of JUST meal worms. Being young and inexperienced with reptiles I took their advice. This drove my leopard gecko to starvation, and it nearly killed him.

  I always buy my cat food here as the prices are good and they usually have good deals/sales on many items if youre a member. The fish there are usually very sick. Ive bought many that have died within the first couple days ive had them. They do have great return policy tho and the staff is super friendly!

  I come here often for crickets and frozen mice for my reptiles. The mice are pricey but are killed humanely, which is attractive to me as a buyer. Never had an issue with the crickets or the frozen feeder mice.

  They cancelled my dogs grooming appointment and took another walk-in customer in his place because I was 15 minutes late. they said I should of called to say I was going to be late and that "this time of the year" it's super busy. I would of appreciated a call to see if I was still coming before they took a walk-in customer in my place or that they were going to cancel my appointment because i was late. I agree i should have called to mention I was going to be late but hauling a 60lb dog and new born baby in stroller is not easy feat. They said they couldn't groom him at all today and i would need to book again for next week!
