  We thought this place was great when we first started renting a space here. Less than a year later we found the elevators got very slow, the garbage can didn't even have a bag today, and our rent went up last November and now is set to go up again in August! Not sure where the money is going if they don't have much for temperature control and the elevators seem to be dying. We will be looking for a new place to store our stuff.

  For a small start up company like ours they are not willing to work with the customer. I would of rate this place zero if it was a option.

  Don’t do business here for 2 reasons: 1) if your payment is 3 days late due to Thanksgiving, they charge you $15 service fee! 2) When you call in to make a partial payment they can’t take it because their system will not allow it!
