  Nice selection of footwear. We found some great styles on the clearance section, which caught our eye more than any shoe in the regular aisles.

  While I've had a lot of success buying good shoes at decent prices here for my kids over the past five years, they do not back up their products. I bought a pair of boots for my daughter and after two months of regular wear, the entire sole came off of one and began falling off of the second. When I brought them back to the store I was told it should buy industrial strength boots if I wanted them to last! I understand if they could not take them back, but good customer service at least takes some responsibility for the quality of the product they sell. I certainly did not expect a full refund, but i also did not expect a sarcastic comment from a rude staff member.

  Dec 12,2017, 11:30AM - i called to ask if they had a certain shoe. The person that answered the phone had a bitchy tone in her voice to start with. Then when i asked about the shoe, she asked if i was on their website. i said no. Then she told me to go to their website and look. Uhhhh no idiot, that's why i/m calling you. You have this thing called a com-pu-ter in front of you with this thing called an in-ven-to-ry list. Wow! Amazing huh? Then she wanted my phone number! i asked "why do you need my phone number, i just wanna know if you have the shoe in stock. She said something like "well i have to look on our website and see what it looks like then compare it to what we have." i said "can't you just pull up the website and look?" i seriously doubt she even looked. 10 seconds of being on hold later she comes back and says they don't have it. NEVER SHOPPING HERE EVER AGAIN. If i could choose 0/5 stars i would.
