    Came here for a nice night with some of my lady friends and Matt was our server. First of all, hot as an af. He really took care of us and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. Honestly, I've had some bad experiences at cactus club, but this guy turned things around for me. He was so attentive but not invasive, and I'd for real not be surprised if he could turn water into wine. If he went to work at earls, I'd go there instead. Matt is great, go here and ask for Matt! I'd probably even consider Browns, and Browns sucks.

    I don't usually do reviews but was very disappointed first with the service, had to keep flagging down the waitress. She took our order. I ordered what I thought was a prawn ravioli appetizer but apparently they have the same dish as an entree so the waitress just assumed I wanted the entree at 3:00 in the afternoon. I also got charged for an extra drink that I neither ordered or received. $52 for a lunch is a little over-priced. Won't go there again!

    The management and server team here seriously lacks basic communication and conflict resolution skills. Our server misheard our order, and had to bring back our pasta dish 3 separate times. By the time she did, most of our party were already done eating our own meals. The manager on shift who brought out the pasta the third time proceeded to tell us that the error came from our end because we didn't communicate which one we wanted out of their wide array of pastas, when my sister pointed at the very pasta she wanted on the menu when ordering. When the bill came, they incorrectly billed us for another side of fries and said it was our fault because we asked for our fries to be brought out before our burger so technically we ordered 2 fries...why would we want to eat fries before our burger and have another side of fries arrive with our burger? Makes no sense. The management team were very rude (Quinn and Megan). Quinn would cut us off multiple times when handing us the Bill, talking so loudly attracting the attention of other customers and calling us rude. We interacted with only one server who took our order, Emilie, who we had no problem with because she apologized for getting the order wrong. Quinn didn't make eye contact with us, had an extremely rude and angry demeanor, and when we asked to speak with someone else, her senior manager Megan just told us that we were rude and that no one ever complains about Quinn. That does not mean that Quinn was right whatsoever in this situation. Megan called us rude, which I was absolutely baffled at her comments because she was not there for any of the conversation or interactions. Overall, as a manager myself, I was absolutely shocked and have never ever been treated so rudely in a dining experience in my life. I have never experienced having someone elses' mistakes blamed on me. The staff need immediate teaching sessions on communication, customer satisfaction, basic conflict resolution, and an overall sensitivity chip. My sister's engagement dinner was absolutely ruined. I will definitely never eat here again.

    Went there after Sunday shopping with my mom. We are both vegetarians and ordered our yummy meals. The staff was super friendly on a busy afternoon. The waitress even took time to adjust our bill to reflect adjustments like no meat to the rice bowl - no other place does that! We super appreciated it. I've always wondered why I pay full price when I ask to hold back pricey ingredients like meat. Thanks Cactus Club for doing this!

    was told the wait would be 35 min. we got a table within 20.....& it's new yrs eve! our server was super sweet and made sure my steak was cooked PERFECTLY even though I'm picky AF. food was delicious and tasted better plus cheaper than the keg. 100% satisfied with my experience. thanks cactus club!
