    Canada post is the reason mail theft is up in Langley!!! Get this I ordered few items off Amazon, Track suit baby bottles survival kit. Went down to my Lobby and all my items were there with elastic bands around them!! No attempt to put in my mail box or leave at my front door as it would be safer then the lobby, but the messed up part was they left 6 of my parcels right beside the Langley RCMP Mail theft notice. What a JOKE!!! Staff are rude don't answer phone give you supervisors number that ends up to be some voicemail recording where no one gets back to you. HAHA

    The worker was very rude. She would not do anything for costumers.like we don t call people we don t have any parcels here. we got the phone call and text to go there and pick the parcel.

    Don't know what they're doing 30 min before they close but been trying to call them for 10 minutes...

    Very frustrating for a customer service facility. I have phoned repeatedly; no answer nor voice mail to take messages.

    I concur - they never answer the phone. Postal services should improve at this location. It is extremely pathetic!
