  PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT this business. They are unreliable and will end up costing you money. I see many similar stories to mine in previous reviews that their work is shoddy and their “appointments” are more like suggestions. There’s many other and better options - seek your service from another and let’s teach these companies there’s no future for them.

  We had a great experience with riverside. The lady in the office explained their procedures and booked us an appointment. Mathew arrived at our house and seemed genuinely concerned about our situation. He wanted to make sure everything was taken care of properly and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. This was important to us because we knew nothing about plumbing. The final bill was very fair and was also explained. We would definitely recommend and use riverside again if needed.

  After a bad experience with a different plumber (the one recommended by strata) who left me with a $600 bill and and an incomplete job, I called Riverside.

  Want to give a big THANK YOU to Riverside Heating & Plumbing services. The two guys I spoke to on the phone one yesterday and another today are absolutely amazing. Not only did they actually treat me like I was capable but also explained on the phone how to fix my problem. They could have easily said oh we'll come take care of it at double and a half rate but instead they actually helped me. My problem appears to be fixed now. I will definitely be calling these guys for another issue I'm not so sure I can do on my own. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

  We had a good experience. Jarrett was helpful and friendly. He charged only what was necessary and offered preventative maintenance to avoid future issues. We also had Dan at our place as a follow up to finish the work, quick and courteous.

  Matt arrived and fixed the issue quickly with a little ingenuity and left me with a fair invoice. We use trades a fair bit and finding a good, reliable one is difficult. I will certainly call these guys again the next time I need a plumber.
