  The parking lot was pure ice and my husband took quite a bad fall and hurt his shoulder badly! When I suggested maybe they should salt the parking lot the hotel employee muttered something about hoping it melts soon! No accident report was filled out and the half ass "oh sorry, would you like a hot chocolate?" apology didn't quite cut it! Apparently there is no manager on to speak with and I'm considering calling a lawyer! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM APPALLED!

  Small and cozy. Helpful staff. The single rooms are big and roomy. Haven't tried the water slide and pool but it looks nice. Overall I'm impressed and would come back

  Nice and quiet here. Breakfast was typical. Bathroom could have been more detailed-there were hairs behind the toilet lid and hanging from the hair dryer. The hair dryer was just disgusting but I never ever touch them at hotels for that reason. The staff were pleasant

  Staff are very friendly places are always clean and very organized. Breakfast is good and always on time. Easy to pay options . Thanks for the good stay guys

  For the breakfast its fine but staying for a week here would have been nice if they change or alternate sausage to bacon (or any menu)sometimes or might as well alternate the srambled egg to sunny sideup once in awhile. My son was hoping for a bacon since the one in the picture posted in the restaurant is bacon and egg etc...every morning he hoped that maybe tomorrow its nit sausage its bacon....other menu is fine!

  stayed for a week while looking for an apartment to rent. Arrived at 4am of Nov 14, 2017 and told the front desk that we will checkout the next tuesday Nov 21. He even asked as twice if checkout will be tuesday. He pre authorized my card amounting to $635 till tuesday. Come Monday i was informed that the pre authorized amount was only till Monday and that i have to pre authorize another 1night for tuesday checkout. I was like how come when the other guy who was on duty that day said it was till Tuesday. And he said he will verify and coordinate it to their manager and to the other front desk officer but he cannot guarantee to our favor. Unfortunately we were not given a paper till hpw long was out stay, he only have the receipt of pre auhorized amount of my cc. And i got no choice to pre authorize anither 1night for my cc and then in the evening past midnight there was a total blackout not only the hotel but around the area because when i looked outside from the window it was totally blackout no phoneline no wifi everything shutdown. I wonder why the generator didnt work when in the place where i come from w/c s the Phils we even have a standby generator ready in out hotels and here there wasnt. I was scared that time esp my husband was out and it was only me and my son inside the room plus we have just landed here in Canada last Nov10 so basically we are very new to this country and we had to experience that blackout.
