  Comfortable enough and decent price. Average comfort but clean and decent room. It was only one night but the bed seemed a little tired! Good, convenient location but challenging street access due to corner location and medians blocking some turns. Nice staff and restaurant was handy.

  Our Ringette team stayed at this hotel from Nov. 30- Dec. 3rd, 2017. We were treated very well by staff and the breakfast was very good-- very convenient location to getting to all the rinks. Most parents reported back to me (team manager) that they enjoyed their stay and were treated very well by hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to other teams attending an out of town tournament in Langley, BC!!

  Was forced to stay at this location with my young son when my apartment was destroyed by a flood, and we were displaced. I used to be a fan of Best Western as traveled a lot and always pleasant. NEVER again! Was verbally attacked by manager, threatened by her minion which I believe was a handy man. There were so many issues from smoke smell ,to no heat (this was winter), to things breaking and falling off the walls. After a final tirade by the manager that left me and my son in tears-I called the insurance company and was transferred to the wonderful Coast Hotel until the apartment was finished. The drama this lady created in a already traumatic situation was disgusting. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  Ants!! Found ants in room on the second floor. Was moved to another room. Still to be determined if they will offer any discount.

  Very nice staff. Bed was comfy and room was clean. I really liked the cookies at the front desk :)

  Breakfast was hot and delicious. the extra room for sitting was great.
