  Still unclear for what I paid money. I guess to be insulted! Bottom line: I'm out $31, my duvet is dirtier after cleaning that it was before.

  Dry cleaning of my 1 year old down duvet cost me $31 and when we got home we noticed it was covered with dirt, hair and faint yellow stains. The employee (or owner) of Busy Bee told me that duvet is too old to clean and the yellow stains are from either Pets or Children - therefore not his fault. We have neither pets or children and there were no yellow stains on the comforter when we brought it in. The staining is obviously from a chemical of some sort as it is random and all over the duvet.

  They open whenever they want if they wake up lazy they don’t open, so you not reliable at all

  Friendly staff with one of the lowest prices for dry cleaning in Langley. My pants had some lint on them but it wasn't a big deal.

  Way to go Busy Bee! And by the way, business license must be visible on the wall, assuming of course you have one, GST is 5% not 7% as you charged us. Pretty sure that's illegal as well.

  I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I brought 2 expensive jackets in, one got mangled so bad I didn't even take it home. I've had it drycleaned elsewhere and never had an issue. Only saving grace is the owner didn't charge me for cleaning the other jacket.
