  Purchased my fiance's engagement ring from this location. Had an excellent time with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Did not feel pressured into spending more than my budget. Every question I had was answered immediately, I was never made to wait for more than a moment while an item was being found in the showroom. They made the experience of looking for and purchasing the ring for the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with a memorable experience and I would recommend their services to anyone

  We were told that we needed to replace one of the Baggett diamonds at a cost of 600.00. there are several around the Solitaire. I agreed, however I asked to have the old diamond put into envelope and accompany the right. The clerk was extra quick to tell me this was not their policy. She would have to ask. A few days later the store in Langley BC called and said the ring was repaired. My wife stopped in to find out that the diamond was not replaced and a charge of 80.00 was levied as some gold was added to secure the diamond.

  My experience with Spence was absolutely spectacular. I was coming in from Kamloops and Jasmina came in on her day off to help me pick out my fiance's engagement ring. They were prompt and helpful and never tried to push me towards something that I couldn't afford.

  Always disliked the irritating radio commercials so I avoided the store for over ten years. When I finally went in, out of boredom, I entered the empty of customers ( I was literally the only customer/sucker in the place) store to find their display (all fake) diamonds to be just as pricey as any other high mark up retail store. So I will never step into a Spence Diamonds store again! Also check out Sean Jones CBC investigation.Spence Diamonds rewrites guarantee following CBC investigation -to see how good their annoying guarantee really is. I'm sure any 5 star review of this abyss is family or friends of the owner. I also noticed how the owner selectively responds to poor reviews on this site. Buyer beware! If you are going to advertise heavily with obnoxious irritating commercials at least back it up with decent prices and/or service! YYYEOWWWW!
