  What a HORRIBLE experience, My husband purchased a "wedding" set for me for Christmas which might I add was not cheap AT ALL... After receiving my wonderful present we realized that both rings were slightly too big for me, we waited until after the New Year as we did not want to bother them during this busy season. When we arrived at the Willowbrook mall location and explained our situation the sales woman was not only RUDE to us but very unknowledgeable about their product. She kept asking us if we purchased "the plan" and then had to call in her manager who again asked us if we purchased "the plan" he was just as rude if not worse then the sales lady. My husband did not purchase the plan as when it was suggested to him it sounded like an up sale gimmick. After it was clarified that we did not purchase "the plan" we were told that not only would we have to purchase 2 plans because in the "ring set" there were 2 rings but if we did not it would cost 50$ for each ring to get sized ( even though they were going down in size ). I'm not sure how any company can justify charging for ring sizing after you spend any amount of money never mind thousands of dollars. I for one will NEVER go back there and suggest spending your money elsewhere if you were hoping to get even the least bit of customer service after you have purchased your product.

  This stores all over the place I went in to purchase something the lady was quite rude the manager was even Worse I felt so negative in the store that I walked away

  The salesperson didn't even look me in the eye. When when I asked about a special order, they wouldn't even help me find the sku number for the ring! It was a huge commission opportunity and they couldn't even be bothered. They seriously need to review and find new staff at this place. NEVER GOING TO SHOP THERE AGAIN.

  Sent a ring in for repair for 4 tiny diamonds to be replaced in band that had fallen out. Called to discuss very high estimate. Employee was very condescending and kept referring to me as "my dear" and would not provide a telephone number for the repair dept so I could speak to them directly about other options for repair, to lower the estimate. When asked to have a manager call me back to discuss this her response was "I can't guarantee she'll call you back she's very busy" NEVER going here again, terrible customer service and no desire to help a customer.
