  After spending thousands at this place and this year trying to trick my wife I went there just for a gift box and the snooty manager couldn’t even look at me and wouldn’t help me out. Lost a high dollar spender!!

  Before purchasing items I explained to Krystine I was from the Okanagan and if I could do a return for a full refund at another location. I clarified with her twice and she said yes. Upon returning to the Okanagan I found exactly what I wanted from a local store and then planned to do a refund at the Pandora location in Kelowna. I was told a store credit as it was not returned to the original location as Willowbrook is owned by Ben Bridge. Contacting the manager Leanne I was given the option to mail back the items which cost myself 19$ in shipping and I was not reimbursed for that even though it was their locations fault for not knowing the return policy. I was then issued a cheque in the mail. This whole process took 1 month.
