  The staff I dealt with to get my policy was nice.... however the lady that was doing my policy was having issues and didn't know codes or something and had one keep bothering another agent who was busy ... spent over 40 mins in there just to get simple insurance ....never again !!!! AND WHERE'S MY REFUND ???

  Very shady practice. Came here because I recently purchased a car and the insurance plan came up to about $400/month, which is expensive. Was sat down by an older lady and we went through my coverage. I wanted to get rid of the small things such as theft, vandalism, change my deductible, etc. because all these little things add up to the cost, and are unnecessary for myself. However I was flat out told no because apparently my car is on a loan. Since when is it the brokers responsibility to be concerned about my car loan? The old hag seemed pushy and just wanted to upsell me more and more. I got up to leave and the broker said "whatever" in a very condescending tone. Went across the lot to Cascade Insurance and brought my insurance down from $400 to $220. Never would recommend this place.

  Got motorcycle coverage through them and my basic with icbc ... transferred it to another bike as I sold the last one then decided to cancel my extra coverage .... went in and did that and was told a check would be in the mail ....received nothing and it's been over a year meanwhile they sent me someone's else's mail inside the envelope addressed to me ... I phoned them and they knew nothing about it .... couldn't even find that I had a policy with them .... asked for a Manager to call me and he was stumped too .... no help at all ... and still no refund check .
