    Great box folks. Very friendly and inviting and the guys, Sean, Adam and Tyler, during the WODs were very engaging and forthcoming with advice. All the other members of the community were very open and inviting also. My 3 sessions there were in late June early July 2017 when the weather in Vancouver was hot so the morning and evening sessions were the times to attend otherwise the WODs probably would have been more challenging. Thank you for making me feel welcome and letting me participate in your WODs. I'm not sure yet when my next trip to Vancouver will be but if I'm in the neighbourhood I'll certainly be dropping in again. If you are ever in the vicinity of Letterkenny in Donegal in Ireland and you want to get a WOD in, drop into the Fithub there were I get my Crossfit sessions in. You'll be very welcome.
