  Lots of specialty foods here, including gelatin free marshmallows, gluten free items, organics and local produce. May be pricier than other stores for regular items but dairy, meat and veggies are pretty decent. Sometimes sale items are a good price. Great service and deli is very popular in expensive Fort Langley. Also offer cashback up to $100 for debit purchases if you need cash and no ABM in town.

  Prices are high, but they offer really great selection of food and produce. Their regular meat is cheaper than the organic since a lot of people are jumping onto the organic bandwagon. It is a clean grocery store with very little competition.

  Love the products, healthy optiina you ditn find anywhere so it's expensive, even regular products are overpriced...but I guess its in Fort Langley so it is to be expected. Love thr service though, theyre amazing
