  Staples does customer service very well (at least in my experience). I'm always impressed by how friendly everyone is at that store. I wouldn't say that the office furniture selection is great but their selection of office chairs is fantastic. But I shop at Staples for a lot of different things. Fair prices, great return policy and very happy, helpful staff.

  Recently, the print centre added new charges to their cutting service (bulk cutting documents). They went from $3 for technical bulk cutting to $15. This is absolutely ridiculous and we have permanently taken our business elsewhere. I recently was quoted $144 for a project that a local print shop offered for $45. That is a difference in price that I cannot ignore, so I will cease business at Staples until they become more competitive.

  Was looking at daytimers with my husband and nothing had a price on it which made for difficult (impossible) shopping. Was chatting with another fellow who was complaining about it. He was in front of us in the checkout line and mentioned it to this big-boned, older woman with her hair pulled back at the till and she was totally pissed at him and snarked him out big time! Awful customer service!!!

  Great service across the board! My plotter broke today and I urgently needed some blueprints printed to complete a job. After explaining my situation, the staff squeezed me in even though it should have been a 2 day delivery. They even had to stay a few minutes past closing to get it done. Thank you so much for your help!

  The employees in the print centre seem overworked and understaffed. This leads them to be a little more curt and rushed than desirable.

  I consistently use the printing department and get awesome service every time. The print staff all go out of their way to make sure my orders are perfect and ready when I need them, every time. I will go out of my way to use the Langley print center because Kassandra, Andrea, Danica, Heather and their team are amazing at what they do and the service that they give. Thank you so much for being so great and helpful all the time!!!
