    The second time, was in 2017, during the Summer. I went there after chatting with the online Geek Squad (I wanted to have my laptop checked as I thought it has been hacked). The guy on internet said to come to the store.

    Every employee I asked would either tell me they were getting some one for me or they were busy, then I would see that employee in another section on his phone... Wasted half a hour standing around, maybe management should read these reviews and act on them?

    Went in to look for a lap top, should have just stuck to the online store - there were four staff members that completely ignored my boyfriend and I while we stood there in the lap top section, obviously wanting some help. Sure we could have waved one down, even went up to one of them ourselves. But if they couldn't have stopped their own conversation amongst themselves to help us, why would we even purchase a lap top there anyways?

    At the store, at the Geek Squad counter, the young guy (brown curly hair, not skinny) refused to look into my laptop. Just said ''no''. Repeatedly. I asked him if I could have a hard drive swap. He said that he couldn't do that as he considered my Acer Switch One 10 as a tablet (I bought it new somewhere else in Feb 2017 and was told that it was a legit laptop). I was explaining that I really needed their advice and I was willing to pay the monthly fees, etc... He repeatedly said ''no'' and was always looking at the window (behind the counter). I asked him to suggest me an external hard drive and he didn't even wanted to show me anything and even didn't wanted to explain it to me. It was weird as, after he talked to me, plenty of adults came and brought their devices (laptops, tablets, etc...) and had no problems to get help.

    Great best buy. I purchased a TV from Med at this store, and I'm glad I did. His personality and customer service is absolutely what you need with a store like this. I buy nothing anywhere else now as he has me as a customer for life.

    Went to the store at least 2 times, in 2016-2017. The first time, I went to the store to buy a microscope. I had to go often there as they were saying that it will be there someday, or is not ready, or.... (despite telling me at first that it would be there quickly. Always a good reason to not having it.

    Went in to buy a TV and the sales guy didn't answer any questions I asked and had zero info on the specs of the TVs I was interested in. Stopped helping me to talk to his buddies a few times. Said samsung was best in that price range and went with that. Did some reading on way home and the LG was better so we went back to exchange to the LG. They had to put money back on debit then I couldn't get the other TV because of my debit limit. Annoying experience overall. If the sales guy knew what he was selling this wouldn't have happened. Ended up going to visions and got the TV for $12 less and FREE shipping over bestbuys $50 shipping.. so saved like $62 and had a better experience talking to someone that knew what they were selling.

    I'm not sure why Best Buy has store fronts anymore, it seems that it is completely useless if the staff doesn't even take the time to help the customers that come into the store anyways. Sure you can have the flashy counters, and the beautiful displays - but if the staff can't even look up from their cell phones to help the customers that walk in, then whats the point?

    Literally the worst service I've seen, I stood in the middle of the store asking for assistance with zero success.
