  I don't normally complain, but this time I must have my say. My husband and I had been patients at Thunderbird Dental shortly after they opened. In all fairness, the hygienists were very good and thorough, no complaints there. However we were often shuttled between different dentists when we needed work done. The work was very inconstant because of that. One of the women dentists treated us both, resulting in both returning for her to repair her own work. My last visit to her was to place a cap over an eyetooth. The shade she replaced it with wasn't even close to the natural color of my teeth. I could have gone back again to have her replace it, but I was tired of all the return visits and had lost confidence in their work. We are now going to a different dentist.

  Amazing service. Very kind and helpful staff, they really work with any insurance you have to optimize what you have while you have it.

  I stopped going to the dentist for three year because of a terrible experience getting a filling, so I switched to Thunderbird and have gotten wisdom teeth removed and two fillings and have had no pain and I actually enjoy going to dentist now.

  My partner had only ever been to dentist once before and it was a terrible time for him too. He was very nervous and embarrassed when I first took him here, but everyone was so nice and calming for him, he got a lot of work done and is now so happy.

  Went in at 9am for an emergency toothache . Was told no Dr in till 11 and all he would do is take my money for an exam but would not yraet me .

  Excellent people, excellent work, and honesty. They don't recommend work just to maximise the amount that they can bill, they look after your actual needs. I have had nothing but good experiences, and I recommend this place to anyone. From the friendly staff to the quality of the care, up to and including the admin side, I have literally no complaints at all.
