Tiny little store, but full of lots of Hidden Treasures. Great place if you're looking for clothing for growing children.

That's very disappointing since a lot of stuff I had was still in good condition and some hadn't even been used. Not very impressed or happy about wasting time organizing and taking time to go there.

The toys are in somewhat questionable condition - make sure you check the parts against the contents listed on the box, as there are often parts missing which they say is "reflected in the price". Whether something is a deal or not depends on your definition of and tolerance for hassle!

While occasionally we find a great deal to purchase, selling to them had been completely inconsistent and confusing, and ends up being a waste of time and effort. We tried to sell a bike to them, and they claimed there is a stain on the seat that we cannot see. However, the bikes that they had for sale (we wanted to upsize for our daughter) were rusty and had slashes in the seats. I've found items in their priced the same as brand new retail prices on used items, and when Ive gently pointed this out to staff, it's been brushed off and told I was incorrect. Sometimes I find nice clothes, and sometimes they are in poor condition. What they will accept for selling clearly depends on who is looking at it, and not on any clear policy.

Absolutely awesome place to find second hand children's clothes and toys. Because it's a second hand goods shop, the selection changes constantly, so it's best to come once a week or so and grab any great deals you see rather than wait until you need a large wardrobe update. I have found some really lovely dresses and sweaters for $5.00! Shoes are in fairly worn condition, but worth it if you just need some playground shoes at a fraction of the price new.

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. Expect you to bring in perfect clean wrinkle free clothes but when they return them they toss them back into to bin like laundry. And when you ask staff about why maybe they didn’t take a item they make you feel like you are wasting their time. Stay away from this place

Hi there, I have gone to once upon a child before especially when my daughter was younger. I haven't sold anything to them but then decided to start doing it since my daugther was getting bigger and needed to clean up stuff for space. I called maybe a week ago and asked about stuff they take and the only thing they said was that they aren't taking certain sizes that's it. Nothing else! Finally get the chance to go with box of clothes I have, start by filling out paper the girl who works there starts to look at it and is like is this all girl stuff I said yes. She's like oh we aren't taking any girl things cause they have too much. I was like are you kidding? No one even told me that when I called and they haven't been taking it for awhile. So whoever I spoke to should have told me that I wouldn't have wasted my time.
