  We did our baby registry here and the selection alone is amazing but the very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff are what made our experience that much better. I would highly recommend this store to everyone looking for the best place to shop for baby!

  They use FedEx Ground to deliver and apparently if you are not home, after 3 attempts, you can only pick it up at the FedEx location in Delta. If I knew I had to drive all the way to Delta from Vancouver and may as well just have gone to the physical store in Langley!!!

  It is scary how much money my wife and I have spent here. With that being said, whenever we shop at chain stores for baby/toddler stuff it is always here. Always a great selection at reasonable prices, especially when partnered with their regular coupons.

  Love the products they sell. But they never have any of it in store. They always have to order it, then charge you to deliver it. I think it's a scam! They shouldn't sell stuff they don't have in store. They also told my mom she couldn't return the product once she paid for it (It wasn't on sale) and she didn't even get to see the product cause they had to order it in. And still didn't get to see the product till we brought it home once the delivery was in and unpacked it to assemble it.

  Thumbs up to the management and customer service representative at BUY BUY BABY Langley, Tara and Pam, for going an extra mile to figure out a solution for my problem. After a bad experience with an online purchase and the unhelpful call center I was decided not to buy anything from this company anymore, but they made me feel heard and came up with solutions to problems. I will certainly buy from their physical store again.

  The nursing room here is also extremely invaluable to parents making this a destination store.

  My wife and I our a young couple came here with 2200$ for a new stroller and car seat. Asked multiple times for help we never got it instead staff would come up and the go and help others. We had to go to customer service for them to call a staff member. A staff member showed up went to help us then walked off and helped another customer by the time we ended up getting help. We found out that they didn't have the product we wanted in black leather. They had it in only white... Went to Toy R us Across the street we were able to get what we wanted for 90$ cheaper !

  They should use a better courier, as any other just ships your package to the closest location to your home, but apparently BuyBuyBaby and FedEx do not understand the concept of the commodity of buying online!
