  It would seem to me that if you are advertising yourself as BMW and "European Car Care Specialists" you should understand what is involved with repairing the vehicle. Based on the comment of possibly needing further diagnosis and not knowing that all of the injectors had to be replaced at the same time, leaves me with little confidence that you know what you are doing.

  Norlang and its staff are very polite & professional. Would not take my families vehicle anywhere else! A great alternative to your dealership. Warranty approved repairs & maintenance at a better price!

  Had an issue with my brakes. Staff at Norlang quickly communicated with me to resolve it. Had my car in and out in timely fashion. Professional staff, no issues with my car since. Definetly recommend to anyone.

  My BMW had an issue with engine misfire and check engine light coming on. It was diagnosed as Fuel injector failure on the number 6 cylinder and we were quoted +/- $1000 to repair. We had the work done and the next day had the same problem. Reviewing the work order there was the comment " If problem reoccurs, further diagnosis will be required" We returned the car and were then told that when an injector needed replacing, all 6 needed to be done at the same time. Another $2200 to replace the remaining 5. At that time we really had no choice but to have the additional work done.

  Good service and excellent communication from the staff. They always clearly communicate that repairs are needed vs not needed. Prices are good and the time estimates to finish a job are accurate.
