  Took my F150 there with a power steering problem $1300.00 later still have no power steering..... Feeling ripped of ....will never go back!!!!!!!

  Went in to ask for a quote for a quick and simple job ( rotating my tires). Was greeted by a 30 something, dark haired man who seemed annoyed i was there. He told me he didn't know what the price was and that he couldn't check on the computer. Was very apparent he wasn't interested in my business. I was nice to him the whole time, said goodbye and just left. I'm sure some have had good experiences but a business should never treat anyone like that, ever.

  I was first recommended to go to this Minit Tune when I was looking for a mechanic for my 2008 Mazda 3. My boss had been taking both his vehicle to this location and now one of our sales guy who has 3 cars started doing the same. My first visit to Minit Tune was when I had my rear brakes done a few months. They also flushed my transmission fluid which had been recommended to me by a quick lube place. My first visit was pleasant and I had no complaints after driving the car for over 6 months so today I took it in again on my way to work as the front brakes were acting up. Those had been done a over a year ago at the Mazda dealer but something wasn't right. The owner said he could look at it today if I left it there. An hour later I received a call confirming that the rotor had to be machined or replaced. Both options were fairly inexpensive. $150 for machining plus labour and $225 for replacing them. Turns our machining them was enough. Great! I ask them to give it an oil change and replaced the wipers while they were at it. Lastly when I picked up my car at the end of the day it was all washed. He had even rebalanced my tires at no charge at they were showing signs of uneven wear.

  All and all very happy. I will be back for my next oil change as it was $20 cheaper than at the quick lube place I usually go to.
