  I never write reviews, but I wanted everyone to know the amazing experience I had at the original Applewood. I was in a pretty horrible situation with my old car, did not think I would be able to do anything about it. A friend got me in touch with the original Applewood, and I was dealing with Erich and Alex. Right from the start my initial phone conversation with Alex was a pleasure. Meeting these two in store, what an absolute delight. Although both of these gentleman were helping me out, Erich was my sales man. What an amazing person to deal with. As a business owner, I have to give recognition where credit is due, the customer service this young man has is exceptional. I felt not one once of pressure to get a car, which is rare when your dealing with a sales man.

  Everything about our experience here at first was ABOVE 5 stars ...... our salesman Erik walked us through everything explained every thing clearly and made filling out paperwork so so so easy...

  Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle from Applewood Motors, I have to say Erich Perkins showed amazing costumer service by pointing me in a direction of dealership he knew would be in my budget! Not only did I buy a vehicle from this other dealership but he even called me back and seen how it went and told me the option was a good one! Thanks so much!

  After a few months of owning our vehicle we have yet to hear BACK from anyone regarding the undercoating that was to come with the additional warranty we purchased and for as much as I truly enjoyed our first visit any dealings we have had with them after the purchase have been average hence the change from 5 stars to 4 .... still a great place as far as dealerships go however a little extra effort needs to be made after the purchase to ensure things continue to go smoothly.

  Here is a definition of a sales man, "a man whose job involves selling or promoting commercial products, either in a store or visiting locations to get orders". Erich did not SELL me a vehicle, Erich HELPED me get a vehicle, there is a HUGE difference. I not only gained a new car, but a new friend. Thank you Erich and Alex for helping me get out of the OLD and Broken and on with the NEW. I love my ford escape. Original Applewood, you have one amazing team down there, I will be highly recommending this place to my family and friends. I am finally "Driving with Perks": life time warranty on my engine. THANK YOU!
