  I have met Jonah a couple weeks ago while I was getting a service from the shop. He approached to me and my wife in friendly and polite way. I have been taking my car for the engine oil change to Applewood Kia Langley for last 3 years and he was the first one to say "hi" and asked us if we need anything. We talked and he showed us some cars that would fit our need and offered test drive. I highly recommend Jonah if you need anything from Kia.

  I've been going to the service department for the past few years to have my car serviced and repaired . They've always been courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Very professional service team all the way around.

  got a 2017 kia forte, was very happy that I got the free oil changes for life. Of course no one informed me there was a catch. You have to get all this maintenance work (that is over priced and not needed) in order to receive the oil changes. around $230.00, I cannot afford to pay that every other oil change, especially when i go to a regular place to get my oil changed and they said their was no maintenance needed (my car was brand new.) Also was conned into getting the extended warranty, an additional $11.00 every two weeks. Not intending to go there to get my oil changes any more, this warranty is now not needed because I'm not receiving the maintenance service with them (read this in the fine print.) Called and spoke to the manager a few months after purchasing to cancel the extended warranty and he was very rude and didn't care. Said absolutely not. This place is a joke, biggest regret buying a vehicle from these shady people.

  Awesome experience!! from the sales representative to the General Manager. I have been to the other dealerships too but the type of customer service they provide is what makes you buy KIA. I would highly recommend anyone to go get your dream car from Applewood KIA. In the beginning even I was not convinced with buying a KIA but dealt with their staff and was convinced. Dealt with Ryan from Sales, more than satisfied with the way manager and the general manager also helps you through out the purchase. Wow!!
