  So.... after two weeks of having my bike in my local bike shop for a repair that should have only taken a day or two according to the mechanic who checked my bike in (evidently they don't stock parts for the bikes that they sell and couldn't find the part either), out of frustration I went out looking for and purchased the elusive part for them. I quickly found it at Velocity Cycles. Not only did Velocity stock the part but they gave me a great price too. They have won me over as a customer. Next time I buy a bike or need any service on my bike I'm going to Velocity Cycles.

  This shop had the hand brakes for my son's bike that the other 3 major bike shops in langley said didn't exist. And for quarter of the price the other shops quoted me if they did have the part.

  Travis, Doug and Simon were really good to deal with while they built my custom Surly Ogre. I really looked forward to my chats with Doug and appreciate his many insights and not just about bikes.

  my first time at velocity and not last for sure... my hybrid giant bike needed new axle and gears were out of wack , so need it tune up. owner was super busy but work was done under budget and on time even got some freebies - highly recommended

  Great place to buy parts. Alot of good bikes and the do repairs and tune ups on time.
