  I came in multiple times while shopping for a bike for my wife and their level of professionalism brought me back. It was 5 weeks between visits and they remembered me, the bike I was looking for and really helped me make the best choice.

  Tyson is the man! Every time I've gone in, this store has gone above and beyond to fix my bikes. They do their best for quick turn around times and work with you on the cost of repairs and parts. Plus they're super friendly and like to talk bike. And did I mention Tyson is the man? It's pretty cool when you can run into complete strangers on a lift in Whistler and they know the same mechanic by name and fantastic reputation.

  The quality of their products is incredibly but it's their service that will keep me coming back. I watched how they dealt with various customers from myself making a large purchase of a bike, to customers coming in for tune ups or small parts. We all received the same high quality service with a smile.

  This store rocks! The staff are very friendly and understanding. They charge reasonably low cost compared to stores in the same area. The service is great, they fixed my bike up and it works like new! If you’re in the area, stop by!

  The service provided by Frank and Tyson is some of the best customer service I have ever received. I have bounced around from bike shop to bike shop looking for a place I felt comfortable and these guys nail it.

  I had an amazing experience at Giant in Langley I was looking for a new bike and the very nice gentleman work had lots of time for me explain the bike and hearing what I needed and wanted in a bike and he explained what would help my back ,,, Tyson was so helpful so I went home thought about it and called back a couple days later,,, Tyson remembered me I said I will take that bike I picked it up today with everything ready to go ,,,, I love my bike thank u for a wonderful experience
