    - The store is rather spacious and has a decent selection of bikes (would be good to see a few more entry level cyclocross/touring steel frame bikes in the assortment)

They are ok. The guys who work there are cool but the bosses kid slash owner kinda is rude, he doesn't like doing deals and mail order is gunna sqaush these dudes if they don't get current with thier stock and pricing. You will pay a bit more here, he tried to sell me a 30 dollar wheel from 5 years ago with a no name cassette for $149 bux. Also expect to pay about $10 to $20 dollars more on everything over mailorder and they get unfriendly and go out of thier way to not price match.

Very helpful staff. They were willing to help brain storm to solve my particular bike related issues. Will be back as soon as I need parts.

    - Friendly and knowledgeable staff; thankfully no pushy sales techniques. Graham explained the features and benefits of the bikes I was interested in, as well as provided good maintenance tips.

Poor customer service. I went in to get BMX pegs for my son's X-Games bike. When talking to the in store mechanic, he asked what brand and I told him. He said well we are a high end bike store, saying these pegs won't fit some bike that came from some other store (Wal-Mart or Canadian Tire). I found this greatly insulting, insinuating I shouldn't be shopping for anything in this overpriced store. They lost any potential sale I would have likely brought to their business, had I had a more pleasant experience. Arrogance doesn't make anyone want to shop there.

    - The trade-in program is a nice addition to the business model. I got my bike traded-in, obviously at a lower value that it'd get through CL, but it saved time and nerves that a private sale would require

Very helpful staff.. Just like today they helped me unscrew my bikes BB because tool cost a lot... Visit the shop or any shop with respect and friendly approach and you will get the same for sure....
