The party package comes with pizza and extreme air park ice cream cake which they just left without a word,, or a knife to cut the cake with. We didn't bring one specifically because we were told that they provided everything needed for the party room.

After the party I tried calling because I left behind my credit card, but was told that they don't take phone calls! Guess that makes it hard to speak with management prior to leaving a Google review.

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s my favourite place to go to and favourite place to come back to. The foam pit is so much fun and the amount of trampolines that are here are unreal. The staff members are so sweet and kind, and i find that everyone i go with ends up loving this place. It’s a fun and easy way to get a physical activity in and it’s so much fun coming with your family and friends and jumping in the foam pit. The lights are also amazing because they bring out another excitement.

There was no one available to help direct or explain the way the party worked. It was just chaos. Might be better suited for children over ten, but certainly not suitable for younger children.

My kids love trampolines and they just keep wanting to go back. They go there for group outings and birthday parties or just to get out and do something fun. Best part is the kids get much needed exercise and have a good night sleep after.!!!

They insisted we had to buy their loot bags (which aren't included in the party package) at $6 a head even though I made and brought my own. The bags weren't made for our party, they just have them there and they don't contain anything perishable, but they insisted that we must buy theirs and our hands were tied because until we were paid up our guests weren't permitted entry.

A really fun place! My oldest loves going. My youngest enjoys it, but I found the older kids and even adults jumping held little regard to smaller kids, waiting their turns etc. Dodgeball and the blackout times are lots of fun. I do wish they would have more of a presence of staff walking the floor, being visible, enforcing safety, etc. This is done at other jump parks.

It's a fun place to take the kids, but a terrible place to host a children's birthday party. We spent over $500 for 15 children and the service was not only poor, but downright rude.

If you want to send your kids to a chaotic place with little to no supervision, then you've found the place. Teenagers pretty much run the joint and don't do much to supervise. Rules are constantly being broken, fights have broken out, etc. I have to wonder how deep their foam pits are at this location. 3 feet, 5 feet, less, more? I would advise jumping in feet first because who knows how deep it is. There have been serious injuries involving people going head first into foam pits. A man recently died at the Richmond Extreme Air Park doing just this. Anyhow, I will not be letting any of my three kids go to any of the Extreme Air Park locations ever again. Not for birthday parties, nothing, EVER!!
